新华社北京2月19日体育专电（记者 岳东兴、公兵）中国足协相关负责人19日向新华社记者介绍，为了更好发展职业联赛，与国际足球接轨，在借鉴国外先进足球经验基础上，“中国职业足球联盟”将在近期成立。这个全新的职业联赛管理运营机构，将在成立后取代目前的职业联赛理事会执行局。
该负责人介绍，新的职业足球联盟，将是“与中国足协平行的一级社团法人组织”，其内部将设立有中超、中甲、中乙三个组，并会设立竞赛、市场、财务、技术、法务到纪律委员会等一应俱全的部门。
其中，在与现有的中超公司分工上，目前属于中超公司的赛事组织工作，届时有可能交给职业足球联盟管理；而商务开发仍由中超公司负责。中甲、中乙的商务开发目前由中国足协市场部代管，未来将由职业足球联盟管理。
“新的职业足球联盟，将会按规定在民政部注册，具有人权、财权、物权，有望在年底前成立，”足协相关负责人说。而且，未来在联盟内部，“将会成立中甲、中乙公司，系统负责两级联赛的商务开发工作”。
据介绍，职业足球联盟成立后，将会扩大人员规模，成为30人左右的工作团队。相关负责人介绍，成立具有独立社团法人资格的职业足球联盟，也是按照《中国足球改革发展总体方案》的要求，所进行的举措。
